The Wellbriety Forum -- what path shall we take?

How do we become physically, mentally, and spiritually fit when we have lost the knowledge of our ancestors? For most of us, we cannot speak the language; we do not know the stories; the lessons are lost; the traditions are unknown to us. We seem to be separated from all that was good; we seem to be alone. How can we recover from this? Perhaps we should study "The Path of Handsome Lake" Perhaps the White Bison website will show us that we are not truly alone. What have each of us learned that we can share with one another?
