(CITC) provides social, educational and employment services to Alaska Natives and Native Americans living in the Cook Inlet region. Established in 1983 by Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) as a nonprofit social service agency, CITC administers over forty culturally appropriate programs designed to assist individuals and families to achieve self-determination. Annually these programs serve an average of 13,000 Alaska Natives and Native Americans. With a staff of more than 200 employees, CITC offers a variety of social services under six main departments: Alaska's People, Educational Services System, Family Services, Substance Abuse Services, Employment and Training Services, and Youth Opportunity.
Native Village of Eklutna

Eklutna, Native Village government office was formed in1960. The tribe became federally recognized and is recorded under IRS code 83.87, section 7871, part of the Indian tax status act of 1982.
Mission Statement
The Native Village of Eklutna (NVE) will strengthen it's Tribal Nation by exercising it's inherent powers to protect the past, present, and future of the tribal membership.
Seldovia Native Association

The CIRI Foundation

The CIRI Foundation also strives to enhance the heritage of Alaska Natives through programs that foster appreciation and understanding of Alaska Native cultures.

Consistent with the philosophy of the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, the non-profit SNA Foundation endeavors to serve the economic and social needs of Alaska Natives enrolled in Seldovia Native Association by offering educational opportunties to eligible persons.
It provides shareholders and their decendants with scholarships, grants, student aid, stipends and other means of support in connection with educational training at colleges, universities, vocational schools or other educational institutions, as well as educational training through apprenticeships, internships or other educational programs, which may be approved by the Board of Directors.
